Heather Frank is a Registered Nurse of 20 years. For the last eleven, her specialty has been in-home nursing care.  Prior to this, she built a solid foundation of multi-disciplinary nursing skills in hospital and rehabilitation settings.

 

Her in-home nursing practice is Heather's true calling.  She finds joy in each client's special traits. She believes strongly that collaboration with clients promotes a healthy home and the best outcomes. She empowers her clients using thoughtful education and support for the whole person.

Heather values staying connected to clients' medical providers and will advocate for clients' needs. She is well-connected to local social and medical support services. She enjoys the creative process that goes into crafting personalized nursing care that best fits each client's unique needs.
